The Ultra-Filter Group was formed in 1993. The companies belonging to the Ultra-Filter Group had scientific and production competencies, at first glance, in completely different areas: on the one hand, the technology of mechanical filtration of fluids, and on the other hand, the so – called "acoustic" technologies (i.e. technologies that intensify various technological processes by using of acoustic waves and vibrations).

Combining these efforts has made a qualitative leap in the following areas:

Mechanical filtration of fluids. A new class of automatic filters with built-in acoustic emitters (FMC...A filters) has been created. These filters provide a filtration fineness of up to 5 micron and have a 5-10 times larger filtration area (in comparison with analogues). As a result, at a lower price, dimensions and weight of filters FMC…A were reduced and the consumption of washing fluid was also decreased by 10...100 times.

The prevention of scum formation (note that this is the second most important problem in the heat power industry after prevention of corrosion). A new SPS system has been developed to solve this problem. It is based on the operation of acoustic emitters that are placed on the heat unit housing. The SPS system is non-reactive and works on the "set and forget" principle.

Our products have a very wide range of applications: from residential cottages to large chemical and petrochemical plants, thermal power plants and even nuclear power plants.

Long-term operation of our products has proved their high reliability and ease of operation. And indeed, many products that we delivered back in the 90s of the last Millennium continue to work to this day.
